| Q: | What is the minimum server or hosting requirements? |
| A: | Server with PHP5+, MySql5+, PHP GD Enabled, mod_security Disabled (For uploading from flash) |
| Q: | If I purchase the design tool can I use it on multiple sites? |
| A: | Yes, But you will need to buy license for each domain. Like if you want design tool to be installed on 5 websites/domain then you will need to buy 5 license of design tool. |
| Q: | Do you offer a demo version? |
| A: | No, We don’t provide demo version software. BUT we have LIVE Demonstration of Front end designer and Back-Office installed on our web server so right from you can test the features available in our software. For an admin demonstration request, please use our contact form or send us an email to request admin demo. We will provide you the further instruction for admin demo. | A: | No, leasing or renting ProductsDesigner Online designer software is not allowed for any of this kind action you will need to buy license for each site / domain. |
| Q: | What Payment method I can pay to ProductsDesigner for designer software? |
| A: | ProductsDesigner can accept payments through Bank/Wire transfer, Moneybookers, Western Union money transfer. |
| Q: | How fast should I expect to have designer software installed in my server? |

We are not offering source code version for T-shirt designer v4.0, Online T-shirt designer v4.1 and online card designer v2.1. If you need earlier version source code please contact us for price and license info. |
